The Effect Of Vocational Colleges Student's Sense Of Inferiority On Pressure Of Emloyment:A Moderated Mediation Model

Higher vocational colleges as an important part of China's educati-on is an important complement to comprehensive universities.Chin-a's job market competition is fierce,and the employment situationof vocational students is not optimistic,should be a high degree ofattention.Domestic and foreign research shows that employment pre-ssure is the main source of psychological stress of college students,if handled properly,will cause serious psychological problems,but also to the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocationaleducation caused great obstacles.In this study,856 vocational students from Hunan Province were surveyed by "College Students 'Employment Pressure Measurement Questionnaire","College Students' Inferiority Questionnaire","Simpl-e coping style Scale" and "Social Support Rating Scale".Theaim i-s to investigate the relationship among sence of inferiority,copingstyle,social support and pressure of employment,according to the s-urvey results come to the following conclusions:(1)The general situation of employment pressure of vocational st-udents in the middle level,in gender,whether there is a significan-t difference between the only child.(2)The difference of employment pressure,coping style and soci-al support between vocational and undergraduates is significant.(3)The interaction between the student category and whether the cadre on the employment pressure is significant;the student type and the parenting style have significant interaction in the sense of inferiority.(4)The sense of inferiority of vocational college students,coping style,social support are related with employment pressure.(5)In the control of gender,whether the impact of the only chil-d,the sense of inferiority and coping style have a significantly dire-ct prediction effect on employment pressure.(6)The coping style of vocational college students play a interm-ediary role between the sense of inferiority and employment pressur-e,and the mediation effect is supported by the social adjustment.
