This research takes high school teachers as the research object, the purpose lies in present the condition which investigates high school teachers' perceived organizational support, and research with the work satisfaction of, work pressure and turnover intention, also expect to put forward from a new angle to promote the teacher work aggressive, stable teacher's troops of valid measure, to the complement chemical element which to put forward a diapason for organizes management nowadays.This research with Qufu in Shandong wait three high school teachers of cities for research object, with the statistics software of SPSS13.0 carry on statistics with reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis to the questionnaire data, independent sample T test, One-way ANOVA, correlation Analysis, regression Analysis, and with medium after lying an effect examination, this research has following conclusions:(1)On high school teacher's perceived organizational support, the total level exceeded in etc. The strength be worth 4, express high school teachers' perceived organizational support is higher; In turnover intention, high school teacher gets a goal level slightly low in etc. strength value, express high school teaches' return over intention opposite to say lower, out of accordance with our assumptions; In working satisfaction, each factor gets a goal level from high arrive a low mark is: Social interaction, work oneself, work environment, leadership management, the training promote, economy guerdon; In working pressure, student's factor in which gets a goal tallest, explain a teacher in this aspect of the pressure is the tallest , next profession development, examination pressure, existence of environments all exceeded to be worth in the etc. strength 3, is also the main pressure that the teacher faces, but the social interaction get a goal lowest, the pressure is the lowest.(2) High school teachers' census taking changes quantity in perceived organizational support and working satisfaction, working pressure, turnover intention to existence show differences. Of school age, job, title, month income 4 to change quantity in the aspects of perceived organizational support, attain to show difference in of school age, job, month income among them; Exist difference to there is census taking to change the age, educational background, school in the quantity and of school age in the aspects of turnover intention, but in accumbency duty and the month income then exist to show difference; In the aspects of working satisfaction, the existence shows difference to only have a school property and of school age, job, month income; There is of showing the difference on the educational background, grade, month income in the aspects of working pressure. (3)High school teachers' perceived organizational support and work pressure, turnover intention existence to show of negative related, and of teacher's perceived organizational support is more high, it work pressure, turnover intention to more low; High school teacher's perceived organizational support and work satisfaction existence show just related, namely the teacher's perceived organizational support is more higher, its work satisfaction is also more higher.(4)High school teacher turnover intention show with work satisfaction's existence negative related, explain the teacher's work satisfaction is to more low, the turnover intention more is to higher; High school teacher's intention to turnover present with work pressure to show just related, namely the teacher's work pressure is more high, turnover intention to more strong.(5)High school teachers' perceived organizational support to work satisfaction, work Pressure, turnover intention all exist to show influence, then there existences regression relation. Among them, the teachers' perceived organizational support to work satisfaction have just of estimate function, perceived organizational support to work pressure, turnover intention then have a negative estimate function.(6)Pass regression analytical and medium function examination detection, it shows that high school teachers' work satisfaction, work pressure lies a function in the teachers' perceived organizational support with turnover intention of have, is also say , teachers' work satisfaction and work pressure influence for the function between perceived organizational support and turnover intention.
