Military academies are cultivating high-quality military personnel to promote national defense and army building.Under the background of the current social transformation and the goal of strengthening the army,the pioneering and guiding role of military education is very prominent.Military college students are the main body of military education,but also a more special student groups.Military institutions are different from the local colleges and universities management system and regulations discipline,requiring students to maintain a high degree of conscious organization and discipline and good style at the same time,to ensure the completion of their own academic tasks while accepting rigorous military training.This high standard and high requirements for the cadets of the military academy is a test and exercise of the students’mental health and stress tolerance.In order to ensure better completion of the military modernization task which give them,to play its due role,military college students must have excellent military skills and good personal qualities,their stress and mental health must be concerned about.In order to clarify the specific pressure debugging situation of the military college students and seek their immediate needs,this study based on the current research on the domestic and foreign research,take the three representative military academies in Xi’an as the object,through the investigation and understanding of the military college students group to realize the pressure.The results show that the military college students are also a part of the college students ’groups,and have similar personal needs with the college students’ groups,but there are special psychological demands related to the characteristics of the military.Its special three-point demand in the following three aspects:First,the students need to balance the relationship between good academic and training,they need to adapt both heavy mental work and the necessary physical labor.Second,in addition to peer group interaction,military cadets need to deal with their relationship with their superiors,which on their interpersonal problems debugging ability to make a certain request.Thirdly,the restrictions on love behavior in the military academy make it necessary for them to face the long-distance,lack of enough time to stay together which go against to the relationship of love.In view of the pressure characteristics of the college students of the military academy,the author tries to find a way to study the social work professional approach,through the case study,the group activity design,etc.,from the policy system perfect,the personnel team construction,school,hospital and student three And the three working modes of social work,respectively,to explore the specific intervention strategies of social work involved in cadre supervision and debugging.It can be found that there are various modes of social work,and master the relevant skills of professional social workers involved in military cadre pressure to ease and debug is necessary.Taking into account the reality of the student groups and institutions and the effective use of various ways to promote the military social work combined with the ideological and political work of the army and mental health education to meet the immediate needs of students to promote the military as a military talent The development of progress,and further promote the overall transformation of the army and deepen reform,and promote national defense and military modernization. |
