With the increasingly fierce competition in our country’s colleges and universities,the research pressure faced by college teachers is also increasingly prominent.Research pressure will bring a series of psychological and physiological reactions to college teachers,and it will also have an important impact on the generation of job burnout.Looking at the reality of our country,our country’s colleges and universities present such a trend of development: the number of scientific research achievements is increasing,teachers’ enthusiasm for scientific research is also increasing,and all are trying hard to delve into new research ideas and methods,and make contributions to scientific research as much as possible.This means that the pressure of scientific research will,to a certain extent,stimulate teachers’ research motivation and suppress negative emotions.At the same time,high-intensity scientific research pressure has also led to many hidden dangers,such as: depressed mood,decreased research enthusiasm,job burnout,etc.These bad behaviors have seriously affected the scientific research output of universities and hindered the development of universities.It can be seen from this that the scientific research pressure in colleges and universities has played a role in promoting or inhibiting job burnout and has not yet reached a unified conclusion.Therefore,this article quotes Cavanaugh’s two-dimensional structural theory of stress put forward in 2000,combines it with the situation of colleges and universities,and empirically analyzes the different effects of the two scientific research pressures on university teachers’ job burnout.This research uses teachers from some colleges and universities in Anhui Province as the research object,and uses statistical analysis software to test the relationship between challenging scientific research pressure,blocking scientific research pressure and job burnout,and organizational support between independent variables and dependent variables.The regulation effect.First of all,this study through the literature research method,combing the literature on the three variables of job stress,job burnout and organizational support at home and abroad.After understanding the relationship between variables,we defined the relevant dimensions of the research variables in this paper.And put forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Secondly,on the basis of literature research,in order to ensure the authenticity and scientificness of the research,according to the research object and maturity scale of this article,the measurement scale is appropriately modified and designed,and finally a formal questionnaire is issued to obtain the requirements ofthis paper.Finally,SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software is used to analyze the acquired data,test the hypothesis,reach the final conclusions,and provide suggestions for the management of college teachers’ scientific research pressure.The main conclusions of this study include:(1)University teachers’ challenging scientific research pressure has no significant influence on the dimension of emotional exhaustion in job burnout,and has a significant negative impact on the low accomplishment of professional burnout and cynical two dimensions;Blocking scientific research pressure has a significant positive effect on emotional exhaustion,low accomplishment,and cynical three dimensions of job burnout.Therefore,colleges and universities should formulate a rational scientific research pressure management system,eliminate the blocking pressure of college teachers in scientific research work,and make appropriate use of the challenging pressures in scientific research work to arouse the motivation of college teachers for scientific research.(2)Organizational support positively influences the negative impact of challenging scientific research pressure on the two dimensions of accomplishment,such as low performance and cynical professional burnout;organizational support negatively blocks scientific research pressure on emotional exhaustion in job burnout and low achievement.Sense,cynical three dimensions of positive influence.It shows that colleges and universities should pay attention to the intervention of organization support in scientific research pressure and job burnout,and the construction of good organizational support is conducive to ease the occurrence of job burnout. |
