Chinese calligraphy is the special art form of China, which with the most distinctive characteristics of Chinese culture. Her gradually disappearing, shows the weakness of an awareness of our national consciousness; all the ignorance to her, suggests the deviation of our primary and secondary Chinese language education philosophy. Nevertheless this unique cultural value of calligraphy will promote the healthy development of Chinese primary and secondary scholols education. Because the objective of the calture value of Chinese calligraphy and the Chinese education are same, which can achieve the human culture of students. In order to achieve the objective of human culture, which requires on the act on the infiltration of Chinese education in primary and secondary schools. Through its unique aesthetic function, moral function, educational function, fitness function, it can change the cultural ways of thinking of students. Also it can construct the cultural values of students, to cultivate students into cultural human beings. The achievement of the value of education and culture implementation of Chinese calligraphy in primary and secondary schools, depends on whether enable the students to coinside with the people of the cultural characteristics of the words and whether achieved the significance of cultural objectives, cultural content, cultural process, cultural valuation. And whether or not the basic conditions made the whole process of education, culture and people have multiple significance. We all need specific concrete and ways and means to achieve this objective that's to realize the value of the phase of goal, strategy, evaluation on the construction of the idea according to the Chinese calligraphy on the primary and secondary education and culture in order to construct a complete set of Chinese calligraphy education system in primary and secondary schools.the integrity of the education system is not aimed of building a return to the classroom to allow easy calligraphy significance but intended to return to the national culture,collective awareness of national culture, and deep the national culture.
