Study On The Current Status, Problems And Solutions Of Peasant's Training In Chongqing

Agricultural development depends on technology, technological progress depends on talents, while training talents depends on education. China is an agricultural country, and agricultural population counts to 70% of all. The level of peasant's qualification decides the level of Chinese economic and social development. Therefore, it is a long way to educate peasants with quality matching new countryside development. It needs rational assessment and thinking how to really develop prosperous peasant-training according to the actual needs. In this article some phenomena during peasant training are studied in order to find out some constructive proposal for the sound development of peasant training.The thesis firstly makes the expatiation on theories of human resources, education economic, lifelong education, public management, at the same time definite the relevant concepts on the research, such as agriculture education, country education, peasant education, education and training, peasant and peasant training and so on. In the next place the thesis introduces the status and the experience that can be used for reference from other foreign developed countries so that it gives some revelation to Chongqing. Thirdly, making use of the questionnaire and investigate the peasants in some areas of Chongqing. According to the investigation, analyze the status in peasant's diathesis of Chongqing such as moral and technological diathesis, as well as the peasants requirement such as the training service they need and the time that they are pleasant to accept; then the status in peasant's training development in Chongqing, put forward the problems existing in peasant's training in Chongqing such as multi-leading management, shortage of utilizing training resources integration, lack of training expenses, divorce of training supply and demand. Finally, the thesis tables the proposals to guarantee the sustainable development of peasants'training in Chongqing, such as set up law safeguard system, durative finance mechanism and training performance evaluation mechanism; pick up the construction of training base and teachers.
