Study On The Model Of Vocational Training Of New-generate Peasant Workers

Starting from 2016,our nation has stepped into the stage of the thirteenth five-year plan,welcome the successful phase of constructing a well-being society in all-round way,and deeply promoted new urbanization and industrialization,thus the pressing task of realizing the transformation and upgrading of industry structures and the transformation of economic development gives higher requirements to the labor quality.New-generate peasant workers are a very important part of making of labor markets and are playing the main role in the process of modernization.At present,there exists some problems with peasant workers,such as low literacy,lacking of professional skills,and comprehensive quality waiting to be improved,which results in low income,less-improved living standards,low-speed of integrating into the city life,which also has blocked the steps of developing socialist economics.Therefor,it's in pressing to strengthen their employment ability through vocational training.It is the key point to resolve the demanding of new-generate peasant workers'vocational training by providing the vocational training to peasant workers.However,there are some problems existing in the modes of vocational training at present.These problems have been shown in government supply model,enterprise supply model,and private supply model.However,the peasant workers vocational training with would-be public products quality is mainly provided by government,lacking of the participation of enterprises and privates,thus resulting in the problems of badly less providing,extremely low-quality and deficiencies,and even being in the situation of unsustainable.As a result,it is very necessary to reform the present modes of new-generate peasant workers vocational training,being imperative to build the public supply model of new-generate peasant workers vocational training.This paper,under the conduction of public products theory,has deeply studied the supply models of new-generate peasant workers vocational training.The main contents are as followings:The first chapter is introduction,including the background,value,subjects,and scope of studying.The second chapter is literature review,showing the study the home and abroad,and the study comments.Abroad study includes the modes of farmer training,enterprise training,and "dual system"training,while the home study is about the characteristics of new-generate peasant workers,the demands,meaning,and models of new-generate peasant workers vocational training,and the study of supply models of public products,educational products and public services.The third chapter provides the case study of the new-generate peasant workers vocational training mode by taking the example of Hunan Urban Construction Vocational College,China's Eight Construction Bureau of Water and Power Advanced Technical School,and Hunan National Physician Massage Technique School.And this chapter gives very detailed analysis of subjects,responsibilities,supplying contents,supplying models of government supply model,enterprise supply model and private supply model respectively,and has summarized their advantages and disadvantages of such three models.The forth chapter is talking about the public supply model of new-generate peasant workers vocational training,including constructing the theoretical basis of the public supply model of new-generate peasant workers vocational training,product attributes of new-generate peasant workers vocational training,and the structure and comments of supplying models of new-generate peasant workers vocational training.The five chapter puts forward the strategy of public supply model of new-generate peasant workers vocational training from the three aspects of system,model,and performance evaluation.
