With the deepening of China's reform, especially the gradually opening of the labor market, more and more peasant workers issues are paid attention to. Currently, the peasant workers'overall quality of cultural and vocational skills still are in the lower level, and peasant workers'training need long time in China. Theoretically speaking, to maximize their own interests, peasant workers should actively participate in training, but in reality, but usually many peasant workers refuse the training activities. Some classical theories, in reality, seem paradox. How to understand this phenomenon, discovering the deep-seated problems behind this contradiction will be of guiding significance to peasant workers'training in China. This paper will pick out the factors affecting peasant workers'training and make the decision-making model of peasant workers participating in the training according to human capital theory and need level theory. Though the survey's primary data and the using of Logistic regression analysis, I will select affecting factors and ultimately gain five significant factors. At last, I will analyse the deep social problems hidden behind them, and give some related advice, in the hope of Enlightenment for China's peasant workers training.
