Research On Improving The Effect Of Scholarship In Universities

Scholarships in universities are established for phrase and encourage excellent students by the government, schools and the social funds or organizations. The work of scholarship to select the qualified students is an important part of the management work in universities. With the study on the design of the scholarship system, its way of selection, and its usage management, the scholarship can have better effect. Especially with the further of the reform of university education, it is necessary to make further study on scholarship and to take reform.Based on the current work of scholarship in the university, the writer designed a questionnaire and interview outline. By taking questionnaire and interview, the writer made statistic and analysis to the result, concluding the main problem in the current work of scholarship in the university from aspects of system design, selection process and usage management as well as raising solutions based on the real condition.
