Design And Implementation Of Graduate Scholarship Evaluation System Based On Process Configuration

In recent years,the scale of postgraduate enrollment in colleges and universities has continued to grow.How to manage graduate information more effectively is the main problem that colleges and universities need to face.After years of information construction,many schools have built a series of business systems to serve the postgraduate training,scientific research,degree and other aspects.However,most colleges and universities still adopt paper-based manual way to evaluate postgraduate scholarship.The traditional scholarship evaluation system is only suitable for certain colleges and universities,or the system is redesigned with the change of requirements because of the diversity of scholarship evaluation rules in colleges and universities.The quality of scholarship evaluation is one of the issues that postgraduates pay more attention to.How to achieve "fairness","impartiality" and "openness" in the evaluation process and improve the overall quality of postgraduates is the key to the evaluation work.Aiming at above problems,this thesis studies and analyzes the business process of graduate scholarship evaluation,and designs a configurable graduate scholarship evaluation system based on process.On the one hand,the integration of Spring MVC and Activiti5 web designer make it possible to achieve the functions of business process creation,instantiate,jump and process monitoring.The system administrator designs and modifies the review process according to the changes of their own review process requirements,so as to improve the flexibility of the system in the process of business process management.On the other hand,"template configurable" is proposed to solve the problems caused by the change of annual scholarship evaluation policy.College counselors can configure different templates with the change of annual evaluation rules.If there is no change,they can also use the template configured in the previous year.Each college generates its own evaluation module according to the template configured by assistant counselors,which does not affect each other,so as to improve the flexibility of the system.Based on mean clustering and decision tree algorithm,this thesis analyzes and mines the attribute data of graduate scholarship.Firstly,the data is cleaned up and prepossessed,including data selection,deletion,discrete and so on.Then,using the processed data table to construct the decision tree through which the scholarship data is comprehensively analyzed and useful information is obtained.This process plays a decision-making support role in the formulation of the scholarship evaluation system.
