Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of The Government Scholarship System In Mongolian Universities

Mongolian universities set up a government scholarship system to implement education policies in an all-round way,and to actively cultivate outstanding students who are all-roundly developed.While encouraging them to study hard,they also help students successfully complete their studies.Therefore,the government scholarships of Mongolian universities and colleges have a relevant evaluation system,and the comprehensive evaluation scores are used to determine the ownership of scholarships.However,there are certain differences in the Mongolian university scholarship system,and the government scholarship system is still inadequate,such as the poor implementation of government scholarships and the unfairness of the scholarship evaluation mechanism,all of which are urgent problems for Mongolian universities.This article studies the government scholarship system of Mongolian universities and colleges,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Mongolian scholarship system through practical investigation.First,the main contents of the scholarship,the concept of scholarship,the concept of the effect of academic scholarship implementation,the theory of higher education cost sharing,and efficiency theory,Adams' s theory of fairness.Secondly,the status and existing problems of government scholarships in Mongolian universities,the implementation of required standards,the establishment of schools,the survey of government scholarships in colleges and universities,based on the establishment of data,through the questionnaire survey to grasp the status of scholarships.There are problems with government scholarships in universities.The university scholarship system is not complete,the implementation is not good,the evaluation standards are high,and the amount of scholarships is not high.Finally,we will improve the countermeasures for government scholarships in universities,improve the scholarship system,introduce advanced foreign scholarship systems,lower the evaluation standards,increase the amount of scholarships,and improve the relevant legal conditions of the system.
