Analysis On The First Phase Of Construction Project Of Qingdao Campus, CUP

For increasing its developing space and realizing its goal of becoming an advanced and special university, China University of petroleum has been building a new campus in Qingdao. The first stage of the new campus construction project has finished and been in use. 60 million RMB has been invested in the first period, the construction area of which is 250 thousand m2. It is necessary to research and evaluate the project to be the base of decision-making of later project, and the evaluation is also the base of building saving style-university.On the ground of above reasons, this paper has researched the theory of modern construction project management, and analyzed operating practice of the first period of Qingdao campus project. First of all, the paper introduces the overall situation of the first period project, and analyzes the organization structure of the first project, and then finds the proper organization model. Secondly, the paper analyzes the goals of quality, progress and cost, and finds out the shortcomings of the first period, then gives the method of solving problems.
