Characteristics And Suggestions To The Class Management Under The Network

Class, as the smallest unit of school management, is not only the normal base place where the teachers carry on the activities of teaching; organize the activities; and set discipline norm for the students, but also the minimum environment that the students associate with each other and grow up their character. The class management refers to a series of activities that head teachers, subject teachers, students and other people concerning the classes deal with the class affairs together, from the common class target and correct public opinions for collectivity, set up the perfect organization structure and reasonable regulations, offer the convenient study environment and favorable situation in order to facilitate the attainment to the education target.With the coming of the 21st century, the modern information technology characterized by multimedia and Internet has a great effect on our life and study. In the present, Internet has entered every region of the world and every field of the society. Mankind is entering Internet era. Today it is true that Internet life has already become major life in school student's life. This means not only a real challenge but also a great opportunity to our class management. Network class management means we carry on a series of class managing activities in the LAN or WAN and make full use of the advance of the network technology to improve quality and efficiency of the management of our class. It is the extension and the complement to the traditional class' management.This paper takes the class management of the information class in Luohu Middle School as the individual case, using the research method of theory and practice qualitative approach, such as the questionnaire method; interview investigation method and analytic approach of the case in order to know some new characteristics that the network brings to class' management. The paper also provides some new suggestions and method for network class management based on the class practice of management of the information class in Luohu Middle School.In the second chapter, firstly, according to the change of educational objective , change of teacher-student relationship of the educational target, the influence to the class management caused by Internet is introduced.
