Nowadays, information technology is widely used, and at the same time every aspect of our work life is changing. Our understanding of the world is gradually changing, and communication ways between people is changing so much. Similarly, in the field of education, under the influence of information technology, our education ideas and education activities will be changed dramatically, and the ways of communication among Teachers and students and parents, school and family will also be changed. So, in today’s class management work, as a teacher in charge, we should have the thought of keeping pace with The Times, in the network era, we should seriously study a variety of network communication and make full and effective utilization of the traditions in class management mode at the same time, and we should explore the new era of class management mode and bold practice, finally we should keep up with the changes of The Times and adapt to the new class management of the network age.At present, about the direction of the education research has received a lot of attention, some teachers have tried to write down their communicate harvest which is about a variety of different network communication with students and parents In the Internet age, but the experience is relatively fragmented, or confined to a certain aspect of class management, the researches on class management model which is based on a real full height are few,and because they aren’t the explorations which are from teachers,students, family and school’s dimensions and they are lack of guidance, it is hard to be the reference in a real class management. Therefore, this study was based on the basic theory of communication and students in No.29Middle School in Baotou are the research object, the network communication is introduced into the class management and combined with the existing case to carry on the analysis and research, and we discuss the positive influence of network communication as an aided way in the class management.This thesis consists of three parts.The first chapter explains the background of the selected topic significance, clearly define the relevant concepts of topic selection, in this subject, with the introduction and the analysis of the research about our country and other countries, highlight the significance of this topic.The second chapter is the practice investigation about the current situation of network communication which is aimed at teachers, students and parents of Grade Eight in No.29Middle School in Baotou, then compare and analyze the investigation results and highlight the practical significance of network communication as an aided way in the classroom management. It is divided into six sections:the first section describes the necessity of application of network communication as an aided way in class management; the second section is the basic situation introduction of No.29Middle School; the third section is the basic situation of recommend; the fourth is the result of questionnaire survey and analysis; the fifth section is the interview result and analysis; the last section is the investigation of the summary which introduces the advantages of network communication as an aided way in the class management.The third chapter puts forward suggestions for the use of network communication as an aided way for class management, and it is divided into five sections:the first section emphasizes the network communication is beneficial supplement of traditional class management pattern; the second section is the suggestions on how to correctly guide the students to avoid network disadvantages; the third section introduces that class management can adopt the form of network communication; the fourth section describes class management content and the specific measures of using network communication; the fifth section is aimed at how to play the effect of network communication in class management and put forward rational Suggestions.Finally, the concluding part is summary.
