| With the advancement of urbanization,a large number of urban-rural fringe areas have appeared,and the urban-rural fringe areas are areas with weak development.To achieve balanced development of education,it is necessary to improve the level of running schools in these areas.With the development of regional economy and the government’s emphasis on education,more funds have been invested in the rural-urban fringe schools,and the allocation of educational resources in the rural-urban fringe schools in chongqing has been greatly improved,but it is far from enough.To achieve the real balance of education,we not only need to increase the investment of equipment and funds,but also need to improve the management level and teaching quality according to the actual situation of schools and students.The goal of improving school running level and teaching quality is to improve class management efficiency.Based on the goal of further improving the efficiency of class management in rural-urban fringe primary schools,through the collection of literature related to class management,the author theoretically discusses the class management in rural-urban fringe primary schools from three aspects: class management objectives,class management contents and class management methods.What is the current situation of the class management in our country? What’s the problem? What causes it? In view of the above problems,based on previous researches,this paper mainly conducts field research on A primary school in chongqing by means of questionnaire survey and interview survey.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the class management in rural-urban fringe primary schools,the author finds that there are some typical problems in the class management in rural-urban fringe primary schools.The class management goal lacks feasibility;The content of class management attaches too much importance to intellectual education and neglects mental health education.Class management methods lack of scientific and artistic.The main reasons for the above problems include: the teacher in charge lacks the correct understanding of the students’ subject status;Lack ofclass management knowledge;The consciousness of parents and teachers participating in class management is not strong;The school class management evaluation system is unreasonable;The influence of test-taking concept;The influence of the big shift.In the end,this study puts forward some optimization measures to solve the problems in class management of A primary school in chongqing.Establish feasible class management objectives;Establish a comprehensive class management content,pay attention to mental health education;Increase the class management method of science and art. |
