The Design And Application Of The Secondary Classroom Management System

Class management is the most fundamental and the most important aspect in school management. Well- managed class is a guarantee to finish the teaching tasks and to improve students' comprehensive quality. Network intervene make us restructure the teaching content ,teaching purpose, teaching methods and other aspects. The changing atmosphere in which teenagers live and the strengthen of creative spirits teenagers possess demand creative teaching methods and teaching patterns .Our head teachers should keep pace with the newly -developed teaching theories and practice, update the class management conception and master new class management skills. Many teachers publish a large number of essays on class management ,which enriches the class management information .However, few manage to elaborate the teaching theories in well-organised way on the context of network. Therefore, this research has certain theoretical significance. The class management system can realize the automatic management of class, while the class management system can save a lot of human, material and financial resources for class committee, teacher and school and can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the class management. It is a development trend of the scientific and standard management. And the class management system can provide a platform for students to widen their sights and to participate in class activities, activate enthusiasm and initiative of the students participating in class activities. Therefore, the development of such a set of management system is very necessary.According to the purpose and the research content, this thesis adopts specific research methods such as documentary analysis, questionnaire method, interviewing method and case analysis methods, and finally, use the JSP technology and MYSQL database management system to realize the system. The framework of this thesis works around the following four aspects:(1)theoretical basis of class management system . It simply introduces the implication of "people-oriented" and "people-oriented" class management theory. Based on the theory for guidance, our aim is to find the basic approaches to implement the "people-oriented" class management and to provide preparation for function module design for the class management system.(2) function module design for the class management system . Through the analysis on functional module design for class management system home and abroad, we can learn the knowledge beneficial to this study and under the guidance of the "people-oriented" class management theory, we can design necessary function modules suitable for class management system.(3) database design of the class management system. First of all ,we should scheme out data flow diagram(DFD) in function modules of this system and then we should define data dictionary(DD) in the database .(4)application development tools of realizing class management system. By using the JSP technology and MYSQL database management system, we can develop such system. By means of much collection of and research on relevant document and data, classification and integration of such document and data, our aim is to extract the theoretical basis beneficial to my study. Under the guidance of "people-oriented" class management theory, we can design necessary function modules suitable for class management system. Through a series of developing work, we realize a class management system based on education theory , information technology and the Internet technology.Finally, by means of questionnaire analysis, we find : this system can fully complete each link and each module in class management and is expected to fully mobilize every student's enthusiasm and initiative so that they can take part in the class management work consciously and cheerfully and thus this system can develop the student's personality and inspire the students' potential. We provide an independent and systematic, people-oriented and interface- friendly class atmosphere for class management.For the pressing time on research and the limited technology development ability of researchers, the development of this system is not flawless. The following research work will focus on perfecting the class management system on the functional modules.
