With the profound changes of social economy and the advancement of educational reform, the physical and psychological development of senior students has taken on new features under the current situation. Therefore, we should rethink our class management ideas, management systems and management strategy and realize the transformation from experience management to scientific management, making the class management system run in a scientific and effective way in order to meet the requirements of student development and the construction of our country.The majority of the senior students are between the ages of 15 and 20, during which time the adolescent mind and body are growing mature and they are developing their world and life outlook and gradually completing their socialization. As the cradle and base for students'growth and development, whether the class will be managed scientifically and effectively is to have a great effect on the full exertion of its educational function and students'physical and psychological development.This article attempts to put forward that class management should in reality be multi-polar and integrated management, in which all the teachers, students as well as parents should be involved and they each play a unique and irreplaceable role. In the multi-polar management, students' self-management is the core of the whole system.The thesis probe into the issue from five aspects and it is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is an introduction, which explains the general background information and the investigation method.In chapter two, a survey was conducted by means of questionnaire, aimed at revealing the essential problems existing in present high school class management.Chapter three analyses the current common problems in class management, including the unipolarity of class management implement the unicity of class management objectives, the one-sidedness of management evaluation and the lack of humanism and legal consciousness.Chapter four illustrates the definition of key concepts and the general functions of multi-polar class management.Part five involves the strategies to carry out multi-polar class management, including structuring the new system of class management, coordinating the running of the internal system and realizing the scientific assessment of class management.
