School-based curriculum development is a historical progress in our national curriculum revolutionary history. It is anew requirement to our schools and teachers, it also is a severely challenge to all school and teacher. So teachers of the Mongolian nationality middle school feel that they have big pressure and don't know how to deal with it. From the practice of curriculum development of, Mongolian nationality middle school, we can see that they are deficient in school-based curriculum, even there are much misunderstanding, which lead to lack of the instruction of curriculum development. All of them effect not only theory-construction of school-based curriculum, but also our practice and consummate of curriculum. So it is necessary to clarify the basic definition and specific on school-based curriculum.I want to discuss the basic definition and specific steps about school-based curriculum in Mongolian nationality middle school. It puts, forward a basic thought on a school-based curriculum development in order to have benefits for our schools. 1.
