As everyone knows, corruption is a great problem that has haunted many counties and nations, both historically and currently. Then analyses the present state and character of our nation' s corruption, after that the author explain the reason why the corruption is formed in the present transforming society from political .economic .social structural, cultural perspectives: The default of political system is deep political cause, ;The coexistence of "four relation" is the cause of social structure of corruption; The malformation of economical system is the cause of economy of corruption; The hysteresis of culture and bad subculture is cultural cause; Those result in the breeding and spreading of corruption in the present transforming society. On the basic of above梞entioned analyses , in terms of formal institution and informal institution propose measures to prevent it at last.
