Research On The Root And Making Countermeasures Of Academic Corruption In Our Colleges And Universities

This Thesis aims at problems of academic corruption in present research areas in colleges and universities. Reinforcing the morality building of academic and governing the behavior of academic corruption has important practical significance. Based on facts, supported by theories, the paper makes an in-depth research on academic corruption from three aspects through comparison and analysis, and puts forward measures against academic corruption.The emergence of Academic corruption has various causes. Academic corruption related to the morality, the rule in law and the benefit of human being especially, because interests issue is the fundamental reason related to the fundamental question of human existence and development. This is the main reason for academic corruption.The main body of this thesis is allotted mainly for three major parts. The first chapter is about current situation of academic corruption in colleges and universities, including the import, behavior and damage of academic corruption. The second chapter is the analyses of the reason for academic corruption, including mainly the problem of current academic system, the basic benefit theory and academic spirit. This part makes preparation for the next chapters. The last chapter is the priority of this thesis. In this part, the author brings forward the approach and method around the question of academic corruption.This paper describes the principle on conflict of interest and common phenomenon of the academic corruption. It thoroughly analyzes the teacher's benefit demand and academic appraisal mechanism in our universities. Finally, it points out that the Solution of academic corruption is based on the rational use of the interests mechanism and relies on the"system".
