Local Practice Of Drug Control System Modernization From The Perspective Of Government And Society Interaction ——A Case Study Of Socialized Drug Control Service Project In S City

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the CPC and the government have paid close attention to drug control.More than 70 years,the party and the government from global,to strengthen international cooperation,maintain internationa strategic contact at the same time,combining with the domestic situation,more domestic drug management system constantly improve,drug control policy constantly systemization and intensification,scientific,path and methods of the problem of drug management innovation,drug treatment more explicit way,Efficiency and way to grasp together,prevention and attack simultaneously,control and service co-management,to build China used to make unremitting efforts for drug control power.Through continuous exploration and practice,in the process of fighting against drugs,drug control has gradually changed from crackdown and control to more soft service and management,especially in the southern provinces and cities of China,drug control innovation and development has a mature operation system.On the basis of learning from these new forms of drug control in southern provinces and cities,S city has creatively included professional social workers,anti-drug professionals and retired soldiers into the anti-drug social workers team since 2019,forming a team of anti-drug social workers and carrying out socialized anti-drug services.Anti-drug social services through the observation and research S city of government and social organizations in the field of exercise of power,the differences between the behavior,interaction,and research in the form of different enroll anti-drug social work in such aspects as social work professional ability of the differentiation of the respect such as performance,the government and social organizations is analyzed on the multivariate main body participation management advantages and problems,Summarize the practice mode of drug control system modernization in S city and find out the dilemma,so as to put forward reasonable thinking.
