Curriculum plays a centurial role in school education. The goal and value of education can be mainly presented and executed by the curriculum. So curriculum reform is the core problem of the education reform. Physical education, the important ingredient of the curricular system, is the useful artifice of the education. In fact, P.E curriculum is confronted with the hard task of reform. At present , as the reform develops very well, it is necessary to construct scientific systems of physical education curriculum which contributes to the over-all health of the students and cultivates the innovative talent of high quality. This is the duty of the teachers of the physical education.The first part of the thesis is to analyses all the groups of modern curricular theories and especially illustrate the opinion of "education as life" . The reasons of constructing life-P.E curriculum are made clear. Then the discourse sets forth the significance of the linkage with life, from the view of the meanings and relations of life and education. This leads to the framework of life P.E curriculum. The last part detailedly explains the characteristic of the curriculum, implementation conditions and advantages. At the end of the paper, the author provides an idea which has a long way to research.The research, which is based on the study way of the graduate in high level education phrases and physical education characteristic, is just a trial. The result of the theory lacks the support of the experiment, which is a pity. I would spare no effort to contribute to the experimental research.
