The training objective of higher Vocational College is high skill comprehensive talent; Its curriculum includes two parts:the general cultural curriculum and professional curriculum. Educational experts generally agree that the general cultural curriculum is an important part to the vocational education, but students are not interested in these courses,, The general cultural curriculum aims at the overall development and sustainable development of students, it is necessary for Higher Vocational College students. By observing its development condition in Higher Vocational College, we find that the general cultural curriculum have fallen a dilemma, One is the support of education expert, that the general cultural curriculum for higher vocational college students is essential, the other is the attitude of students, students generally are not interested in these courses. In view of this, how to promote the interest of student to the general cultural curriculum, from where proceed with is worthy of considering. the paper investigated the basic situation of Higher Vocational College students. The method included questionnaire and interview investigation. The questionnaire survey is divided into five modules:daily life, learning module, mental module, communication module, life guidance curriculum module. Survey results show that:the Vocational College Freshmen showed different aspects of the adaptation problems, such as irregular diet, bad quality of sleeping, improper learning methods, lacking of goal. through interviews found that freshman is willing to change these existent problems, because these seemingly simple life problem would affect students’ mental state, learning state and other states, I think it can use this as a starting point, in view of these problems I think that can develop a course belonging to the general cultural curriculum and aimed at solving problems of adaptation. Moreover, the course focus on students’ life and the idea promoting unity between education and life, not only helping the students improve interest on the general cultural curriculum, but also helping students to shorten the time to adapt, which make student t put into learning with full state.Through collecting domestic and foreign education information, I found that the combination of education and life is a trend. This paper constructed life guidance curriculum based on the survey results and data collected as well as on pursuing the educational concept. I established a "one six six" life guidance curriculum structure." One six six" life guidance curriculum structure includes:a general objective is to promote students’ all-round development; for a total goal, life guidance curriculum construction of six modules, including the adaptation module, daily life module, learning module, mental module,interpersonal communication and the future module, to improve the students’ six key abilities. Which are the abilities of quick adapting to the new environment and forming the good habit, also self-learning ability, psychological adjustment ability, interpersonal ability, imagination ability. The six module designed follows the principles that are:problem solving as the guidance, learners as the center, upholding the consistency of objective, teaching and evaluating.The six module are divided into three parts:the elaboration process, display and legend. At the end, the essay make a simple description for security system of life guidance curriculum and propose the present shortages.
