"Life education" first emerged in the United States, and hasexperienced from the "death education" to"Life&Death Education" and then "lifeeducation" in concept at home and abroad. American scholars have begunto explore the death education since the1920s, and American scholarJDonald Walters is the first person to advocateand practice the ideas of life education.Life education have begun to enter China since the late1980s, and when HuangKejian first proposed the idea of life-centered educationin our country since the1990s, Ye Lan subsequently issued the call of "classroom Vitality", which marks thatthe thinking about education from the perspectiveof life education has graduallybecome a hot topic in our country.Life education is to guide students to understand life, and then cherish life, to teachstudents to face life and deathproperly, and cultivate a healthy and rational attitudetoward life, and actively explore the value and meaning of life.The current developmentof Chinese society has opened a broad space forthe college student life education, andthe present situation of some college students’ negative views of lifecalls for the deepimplementation of college life education.Life education has become an importantissue placed in front of the ideological and political education workers, and the deepimplementation of life education to colleges is helpful toculture collegestudents toestablish a correct outlook on life,realize socialization and modernization ofideologicaland political education and build a harmonious socialist society.This paper usesdialectical materialism and historical materialism research, literatureresearch, psychological analysis and other methods, and then analyzes thepresentsituation of college students’ life education by the interpretation of the students’life education.The idea of the current life education lags behind, lifeeducation theory researchis insufficient, the life educational practice needs to bedeepened, and life education system is lack of system and other issues are foundout, and the causes of the problems areidentified. In order to achieve a good education, the concrete implementationmethods of college students’ life educationare exploredby enriching life educationcontent, improving life educationmethod, clearing life educationgoals, perfecting life education environment and otheraspects.
