A Study On Independent College Financial Aid System For Poor Students

In recent years, the number of poor students in independent colleges showing a rising trend. Therefore, I choose independent college financial aid system for poor students as research.Firstly,I discussed the current situation of poor students funding system in our state, then reviews the development stage of the financial aid system in independent colleges, and summarizes the specificity of the poor students in independent colleges.From an empirical point of view, I conducted a questionnaire survey targeted at students of independent Institute to H University, mainly related to the basic composition of poor students, the current situation of poor students funding system and the overall effect of such funding systems, and summarizes the problems of poor students funding systems in independent Institute to H University, including state-funded efforts of small, poor student confirmation process is irrational, unreasonable work-study positions, students did not play its due role in lending and the ignorance ofpoor students'heart health. In response to these problems, respectively, from the state, society, universities, parents of poor students and poor students are given a five point proposal. For the state, mainly related to increased state funding and improve the national student loan policy, social aspects, including active participation of commercial banks, community groups and individuals active donors and the media propaganda, college level, including the confirmation process optimization and operation specifications, the optimization study jobs, education model innovation, the improvement of teaching management system, mental health concerns, and integrity of the conduct of education, poor students to a correct understanding of their own poverty, in gratitude of the heart, and to improve their own capabilities. Parents should change the idea of"and so on, rely on, to"andestablishing the integrity of a good example.
