Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Financial Assistance System For The Poor Students In Higher Vocational Colleges In China

With the continuous improvement of China's education system,it is very important for poor students in colleges and universities to receive equal higher education.At present,this special group has received extensive attention.This is a concentrated expression of the superiority of socialism in China.It is also an important guarantee for China's rapid economic development.Over the years,the Chinese government and relevant departments have been actively exploring,constantly drawing on the advanced and successful experience of foreign countries,and formulated a diversified funding system for poor students that meets China's National conditions.At the current stage,China's funding system is mainly based on the "award,diligence,assistance,loan,compensation,funding model.This thesis mainly studies the problems and countermeasures of the system of financial support for poor students in higher vocational colleges in China.Through the systematic study of related theories,history and current situation,we can understand the different stages of the development of financial support system in China and its basic components.By taking Suzhou Gaobo college as an example,this paper probes into the operating status and the main problems of its poor student funding system.Through the use of questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to carry out practical investigations,and the last three years of funding to sum up.The results of the implementation of the financial support system are analyzed.In the process of implementation,there are problems such as:lack of effective funding recognition mechanism,lack of effective administrative mechanism for student loans,lack of work-study posts,and insufficient attention to poor students.Through analyzing and summing up the problems and reasons that often appear in the financial support system for poor students in higher vocational colleges,It mainly involves insufficient government funding,unscientific identification mechanism for poor students,imperfect operation mechanism and credit collection system for student loans,relatively single form of work-study aid,lack of later supervision and assessment,and lack of psychological support for poor students.In order to further improve the financial support system for poor students in higher vocational colleges,This research mainly puts forward the optimal countermeasures in terms of increasing government funding,formulating a reasonable mechanism for identifying poor students,improving the system of student loans and personal credit collection,broadening the channels for work-study assistance,winning the support of all sectors of society,and paying attention to mental health education.We will continuously improve the system of financial aid for poor students in higher vocational colleges.
