Research Funding System For Poor Students In China Colleges

With the continuous development of the Popularization of Higher Education, theeducation bears the important task of training high-quality talents for the society. Educationas a public good, the core is to ensure the right of everyone to the enjoyment of education,access to the educational opportunities of their own development. Since the1997Reform ofHigher Education System, the college has been gradually shift from the government’s basiceducation investment system arranged for the government， society and the educated,multi-education cost-sharing mechanism. The socialist market economy, and our countrysocial economic elements is in perfect changing, forms of organization, employment, interestand allocation, continuous adjustment period, the differences between urban and rural areas,geographical differences in the elimination of economic development, region the imbalancehas led some to enter college students can not afford the cost of living expenditures duringthe school’s tuition for poor students,and the special groups can not be ignored in theuniversity campus. So how to finance poor students, how to solve the problem of poorstudents, the cost of college has become a social hot spot.In recent years, the state is continuing to adopt a funding policy to “award, loan,diligence, complement, minus”series, effectively solve most of the poor students of theUniversity of difficulties and worries. However, this task is still hard, to help poor studentscomplete their studies not only examine important indicators of educational equity, but also tobuild a socialist harmonious society in China’s ruler.
