Research On The Precise Funding For Poor Students In Colleges And Universities

The imbalanced development of poverty-stricken project in colleges and universities is obvious,which is mainly showed in following aspects: Heavy form but light effect;Focus on financial support but not on spiritual help;No enough education on graceful and honesty leads students to feel less grateful,also there's lack of psychological support for students in poverty.Therefore,it is worth studying and discussing the importance of propositions to improve the financing work for poor students in collages and university,to realize the accurate help,aiming to help each student to grow into a talent and finally realize their self-worth.This paper firstly introduces the research background,the current situation and the trend on the financial aid to poor students at home and abroad.Secondly introduces the related theories.This paper mainly discussed from five aspects: the concept of poor students and recognized index,the finance policy evolution of impoverished undergraduates,and its structure,precision of university's poor student's financing work to aid with the background of poor students in colleges and universities fund project,the main mode of current college students funding.Then,pater introduces the general situation of current Zhejiang colleges,including the overview of current policy and sample investigation result for 8 universities located in Hangzhou Xiasha,also 2 another case study on poor student's financing work(Hangzhou Dianzi University "Sunshine Student" case,Lishui College's "Hongzhi" case).From three aspects including government,universities and the society we conclude that problems exist in current university's poor student's financing work,namely,poor students feel the project is impractical,imbalance between education development and the economic development and so on,totally five aspects.Finally,eight suggestions are made to improve the precision of impoverished undergraduates: government and society should play a role,current system of student loans should be improved and reshaped,establish effective school funding model,use big data to analysis the determination of poor students,colleges and universities to set up diversified financing channels,economic aid and combining moral support for neediest cases,increase the students' psychological intervention,encourage students to make self-improvement and establish a dynamic management financial assistance system for poor students.
