Incentive strategies of kindergarten teachers, nursery manager is the management process in the kindergarten, the use of incentive theory, planned way to effectively stimulate the kindergarten teachers, guidance and encouragement, to promote its internal psychological changes occur to enhance the work of teacher education enthusiasm and creativity to improve the effectiveness of teacher management to improve the quality of teaching and the overall level of the kindergarten. Kindergarten Kindergarten teacher incentive strategy is an important part of human resource management, management of the kindergarten teachers play an important role. People are the most active factor of social development, human resources are the most important social resources, the most crucial and most promising resource.Kindergarten teachers are the main nursery management, nursery management, important duty is to give full play to the dominant position and role of teachers. They are an inexhaustible motive force to promote the development of kindergartens, their work enthusiasm, initiative, and working conditions are all closely related with the development of kindergartens.Reflected the dominant position of teachers and their initiative, not only on their own ideas, knowledge and efforts of managers, to a certain extent also depends on the managers of the appropriate incentive policies and the effective operation of the building. Appropriate incentive strategy can fully mobilize the work of teachers the potential to inspire teachers to work in the enthusiasm and creativity to improve kindergarten education quality, improve the kindergarten do garden level; appropriate incentive strategy can in kindergarten within the formation of a good competitive environment in which children increase the overall level of teachers.Therefore, in the nursery to nursery managers the incentive to create a good atmosphere inside, the use of real incentives for the park strategy to mobilize the teachers, the enthusiasm, initiative, and enhance the cohesion of the park teachers so that teachers are motivated by the original and become self-incentives play a role in their ownership, enhance the level of kindergarten management.This article is based on 10 Hohhot 200 kindergarten teachers as subjects, using quantitative and qualitative research method of combining the specific use of the literature, interviews and research conducted by questionnaire.Through a survey of 200 teachers and some teachers and principals conducted interviews to learn about the kindergarten teachers on the existing incentive policies satisfaction survey covering wages, benefits, etc.; work environment; evaluation aspects of the work; personal relationships; work attractiveness; in management; self-development; achievement aspects.Through data analysis by the kindergarten teachers may affect their enthusiasm for work in all aspects of satisfaction with the value, in this based on the analysis of the kindergarten incentive policy status quo, from the management level of consciousness, organizational environment, the creation of levels, evaluation system level, motivation dimension level, the existing incentive policies kindergartens revealed a problem.The writer in a people-oriented, appropriate and timely, fair and equitable, development principles, strategies for incentive problems nursery to nursery managers and suggestions put forward the following measures:management consciousness:The difference between groups for kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers to promote the overall development; environment for the creation of organizational levels:to create a good environmental conditions, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers; level assessment mechanism:improved teacher appraisal system; incentive dimension levels:improving teacher pay system, the establishment of material incentives and the combination of mental stimulation the incentive model.
