Incentive education is to stimulate,encourage,wake up,and so on,to take appropriate methods to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning,learning interest,and thus promote students to master the knowledge and skills needed to learn,to promote students to comply with the rules of behavior,improve the quality of learning a way of education.To promote the comprehensive development of the people,the purpose of the value is to promote the development of the students’ consciousness and ability.Therefore,in practice,managers should seize the opportunity of different incentives,careful analysis,the content,and constantly innovate and explore new content,and constantly improve the way of management,appropriate use of different incentives to improve the management level,to achieve the desired results.The value of educational theory lies in guiding the practice of education and promoting the development of educational practice.And the ultimate goal of the theoretical exploration of incentive education is to better serve the practice of incentive education.At present,most of the research on the incentive education is not strong enough to operate on the theoretical level,and can not play a role in stimulating students’ learning motivation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the incentive education to launch a more effective and more easy to copy operation.This paper takes the Zhongshan overseas Chinese middle school(17)class as an example,through the use of the following incentives:language motivation,emotional motivation,incentive,incentive,incentive,competition and cooperation,democratic participation,etc.,through practical research found that a variety of flexible application of incentive to stimulate students’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.In class management in rational use of incentives to promote the scientific class management,improve management efficiency,to mobilize students’ enthusiasm,to enable students to actively participate in class management,to form a good culture atmosphere and discipline of a class,students’ self management,self education ability has also been improved.In the application of incentive theory,it should be noted that:the principle,the principle of moderation,the principle of timeliness,the principle of fairness,the principle of long-term consistency,the principle of material and spiritual encouragement,and the principle of individual and collective.To sum up,this paper is to combine their own teaching experience,the problems of incentive education in class management,the role of incentive education in class management,incentive education in class management strategies,and so on,hoping to improve their management level,cultivate students’ awareness,promote the full development and personality development of students.
