| Twenty-first Century is the "people-oriented" management concept,human behavior is the most complex factors in the organization,and people are the most dynamic factors in the future development of the organization,human resource has become the most important and most organizations have the potential resources.Kindergarten as a fundamental education organization,is crucial to the development of the society,teachers as the main body of the kindergarten education responsibility is significant,so how to enhance the development of kindergarten and kindergarten teachers’ subjective status is one of the kindergarten managers need to focus on the issue.The working enthusiasm of teachers not only by their own values and moral knowledge,more important is to depend on the management of the kindergarten for preschool teachers’ incentive measures,enthusiasm is not proper incentive will discourage preschool teachers,affects the quality of teaching in kindergarten,and even cause damage to the reputation of the kindergarten.But a good incentive measures to arouse teachers’ work potential,to make it fully into the daily work in the kindergarten education,the educational level of management work more efficiency,more competitive,based on management of incentive measures of attention and a sound incentive system which depends on the.Therefore,the management of the kindergarten should according to the specific circumstances,by creating a good atmosphere of the organization and the Cultural Park,and actively establish the evaluation system and other measures to mobilize the fair work of teachers,to prevent burnout behavior and harmonious interpersonal relationship factors such as work attitude and enthusiasm,so that teachers can happy to participate in the education work,influence the behavior of teachers,teachers play the master spirit,so that teachers play the biggest role to enhance the management of the kindergarten and school level.In this paper,the use of modern management incentive theory and methods,through the investigation and study of the QQB kindergarten teacher mechanism,find out the existing problems of the incentive mechanism,and analyze the reasons.In this paper,based on the full study of the existing incentive literature theory,based on Herzberg’s "two factor theory" as the basis,find out nine factors affecting teachers’ job satisfaction,and on the basis of the preparation of the "QQB kindergarten teacher incentive mechanism satisfaction questionnaire".A total of 30 preschool teachers were investigated with QQB preschool teachers as a whole,and interviews were conducted among six teachers.Through the analysis of teachers’ questionnaires and interviews,found that the incentive mechanism for teachers of kindergarten teachers’ acceptance of the general survey,reflecting the on-the-job training opportunities for small,there is no clear evaluation criteria,salary welfare incentive and the lack of promotion channels are narrow problems of incentive mechanism in seven aspects,and finally puts forward some methods to improve the incentive mechanism to solve these problems:one is to build a "art ceremony" of the cultural park construction and human resource culture;the two is the establishment of kindergarten material incentive mechanism,incentive mechanism and the spirit of the preschool teachers’ scientific evaluation mechanism;finally is to enhance teachers’ Incentive system. |
