Under the existing teacher training management system,most kindergarten teacher training programs are overrun,weakened and marginalized by primary and secondary schools.In recent years,with the improvement of our country's attention to the construction of teachers and the problems in preschool education,kindergarten teachers management has been paid more and more attention.In this context,it is necessary to adjust the existing kindergarten teacher training management,improve the efficiency and quality of management.The new system of district and county teacher education not only pays attention to the capacity building of teacher trainers,but also constructs a new teacher training system and teacher training system.Through the construction of the new system of teachers' education in districts and counties,we can promote the children better.Management efficiency and quality of teacher training.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the management of kindergarten teacher training in Baoshan City,this paper explores the feasibility of constructing a new system of district and county teacher education in Baoshan City and the adjustment path of teacher training management in Baoshan Kindergarten.In the process of the research,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing kindergarten teacher training management system in Baoshan City by using the gradual adaptation theory and stakeholder theory.The advantages and disadvantages of the new system of district and county teacher education in Baoshan kindergarten teacher training management.In the research,it is found that the management of kindergarten teacher training under the new system is feasible,but it needs the function and management of the management subject.Adjust the way and so on.In this way,under the effective integration of resources,better development of kindergarten teacher training management performance.
