Research On The Benefits Protection Of People In The Layout Adjustment Of Rural Primary And Secondary School

Education is to cultivate people's social activities. Its essence is to respect, concern, and liberate people's life, its meaning "people-oriented". Rural education is the key of new countryside's construction socialism and it is of importance in the construction of rural education with Chinese characteristics of national education system and the modernization construction of learning-oriented society. The development of rural education, meaning doing good rural schools, is directly related to around seven million farmers'interests, satisfying the demand of rural population.However, with the implementation of the policy of family planning, the constant decrease in the rural school-age population and the continuous improvement in the level of urbanization of rural surplus labor force, and the impact of the tax reform on the migrant workers, the small size of the primary and secondary school and tutorials are to be started merging in some rural areas. In rural schools for the layout and adjustment of the ongoing process, we found that there is a prominent problem being one fold to pursue the layout and adjustment of the economic benefits, and to ignore the humanity characters of education.Based on the author participated in research achievements on rural primary education layout and adjustment and the humanistic value, being combined theory with practice, the analysis of villagers interests'guaranteeing problem is deeper in the layout and adjustment of the countryside schools. The article reveals the root of villagers' interests, and puts forward some policy suggestions alleviating the defect on the rural people's interests in order to attract more government departments, administrative departments of education, school and research institutions to this problem, and corresponding countermeasures to properly solve the problems of elementary and secondary schools education in rural areas can be adopted, promoting the layout and adjustment to advance.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the whole text, which summarizes the research topic, research situation, reasons of the purpose and significance of research and study of the basic ideas and methods, etc.The second part introduces the villagers' interests of the layout and adjustment of the countryside. Through the primary analysis of the historical background, through the analysis of the basic morphological features of benefits of the educating groups, there are indeed facts about the need of culture and education of the villagers' interests.The third part is the primary analysis of the influence of villagers' education benefits, through expounding primary goals of the layout and adjustment of the countryside and interests conflict of villagers under the background of the school layout in the rural area, the villagers' interests benefit in the layout and adjustment of the school are ignored and the defect of the interests of the villagers is on displayThe fourth part is the analysis about the impact of the rural layout on the villagers' cultural interests. Through the introduction of the present education situation and development of cultural resources in the rural areas, its statement is about the ignoring reasons of the rural school as a symbol of village culture of ecological function, only to reveal the villagers cultural interests'loss.The fifth part, based on the argumentation of the defected status of the villagers' educational and cultural interests, puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations from the humanistic value pursuit, new harmonious construction of rural areas, villagers' actual demand situation and the schools' own cultural functions.
