In2001, the state council promulgated "the decision on reform and development of basic education", which clearly emphasized "adjusting measures to local conditions to adjust the rural compulsory education school layout". Since then, China’s rural compulsory education began layout adjustment of school on a large scale. More than a decade of rural school layout adjustment policy or announcements and practical process indicate gradually that the layout adjustment of school should not only focus on dominant practical changes, but also comply with the laws of implicit requirements. The students’moral tolerance issue is the potential problems that need to be noticed and researched imperatively. In essence, it is also meets the need of the strategic of "people-oriented, the full implementation of quality-oriented education", and enriches the moral education theory contents in the background of social changes, explore the actually effects of rural school layout adjustment and solve the practical problems of moral conflicts, etc.Students’ moral tolerance is that on the basic of the value diversity and difference, students keep the respectful, understandable and tolerant attitude and lifestyle on moral, and finally realize the harmonious, friendly, unity of interpersonal relationship and fair, reasonable, righteous social order. The happens and the implementation of students’moral tolerance, both need the start of moral cultivation, moral sensitivity, moral practice come from individual inner mechanism, and need the support of moral education, moral norms and moral support come from the individual external mechanism. It is conducive to building a harmonious campus atmosphere and resolving the moral conflicts between the students. Through the analysis and discussion on investigation materials and survey data,adding the method of SWOT analysis, the results showed that:after the layout adjustment of rural school, the students’moral tolerance is facing the beneficial factors including the ritual activities of positive guidance, the benign influence of campus moral atmosphere, powerful radiation of teachers’tolerance education, positive orientation of students’ cognitive, pluralistic development of students’ group activities, as well as a new type of parent-school cooperative relations, reality tension of community cultural fusion, the regional development of school-based curriculum resources, etc. but Students moral tolerance is facing the unfavorable factors including the loss of the moral education of school buildings, the vague of moral education’s goal, the cognition deviation of students’ moral tolerance, the undercurrent of gray group, and complex environment of surrounding entertainment places, the quietly change of parent-child relationship model, the malignant permeate of social peer groups,etc.Indeed, on the basis of adequately using the advantageous internal and external factors, rural school layout adjustment can strengthen the moral tolerance education of students individual, build tolerance-oriented school moral atmosphere, establish a positive and healthy school environment and create tolerance education opportunities of parent-child relationship, avoid or resolve the various kind of negative factors that exist.
