Folk play, which are created by labouring people and spread among people, are strong interesting and entertaining. Folk play contain different aesthetic complex of geographies and nations, and also special activities, minds, emotions and communication modes of locals even all Chinese nations. Folk play, as important constituent parts which instruct Chinese culture, have function of inheriting the national culture. Children could have a see and a feel of local culture and Chinese culture during playing folk play. Children could also understand about their lives and get close to real society through imitating adults' activities and customs which is able to help children to establish national identity and national emotion. As a great representation of Chinese traditional culture, folk play should be included in the kindergarten education activities.This research mainly adopts action research method on the base of cooperation with A kindergarten in Chongqing. Other research methods are literature, interviews and observation to gather and analysis information and datas. This paper discusses the necessaries of folk play in kindergarten educational activities on theories, then design children's folk game activities for kindergarten to provide a reference for the related activities.Research ideas are stated below:Firstly, related information is collected by author with literature. Educational values and position in children's kindergarten activites of folk play are discussed to do prepare and reference for the next research steps.Secondly, design plans of children folk play activities and implement them during kindergarten educational programs. And teaching programs are recorded as videos, tapes, photos and writing materials. By analysed, datas could be reference for discussing with kindergarten teachers and developing next research programs which would be carried out in the future.Thirdly, in that case, children's and teachers' expressions, including their speeches and movements, are analysed in this study.Last, A conclusion could be drawn at the end of this research as a reference of designing children's activities in the future based on all kinds of items.
