Objective:(1)The hospital managers, especially managers of the nursing may focus on career needs and organizational support system of nurses and provide effective measures through this research.(2)Through the survey of career needs and organizational support system of nurses, the research got the current situation of it, and provided reasonable proposals to improve the status quo,improved the nurse's individual perception of caree management measures.Methods:Qualitative research and quantitative research are used in this reseach.First, qualitative research is used by the guided outline to interview nurses, it summarized the different stages of career needs and the organizational support systems; then, questionnaire is formed according to the results of qualitative research, using the questionnaire to survey the needs and the organizational support systems of nurses at different stages career.Results:(1 Qualitative research:Through the data analysis of the career needs and organizational support systems of nurses ta the same stage, it found that they have common feelings; Different stages have different feelings.(2)Quantitative research:Through investigation and analysis, it founds that career needs and organizational support systems are different at different stages of nurses; the level of needs and satisfaction are different at various stages of nurses.Conclusion:Nursing managers need to constantly assess the needs of the different stages of nurses, and provide the effective organizational support systems for nurses in order to improve nurses'satisfaction and retain more nurses for the care and the hospital.
