Research Of Clinical Curative Effect Of LiangXueJieDu Formula In Treating Mild And Moderate Jaundice Caused By Viral Hepatitis

Objective:This research aims to observe the therapeutic use of QinReLiangXuefa to acute mild and moderate Jaundice caused by viral hepatitis. To be constructed with the therapy group used western medicine only. We want to discuss the therapeutic effect and find some clinical evidences for curative effect.Method:30 patients whose TB between 70umol/L-250ummol/L were taken into our clinical trial. They also meet the criteria for inclusion. The treatment group was composed of 15 test cases from the Department of Infectious Diseases of Jiangsu Provincial TCM Hospital.While the control group was composed of 15 test cases from the Department of Infectious Diseases of Jiangsu People's Hospital. The control group were treated with conventional therapy (Transmetil,Glycyrrhizinate,Reduced Glutthione,Essentiale,Bifendate,Potassium Magnesium Aspartate,Prostaglandin E₁ and so on). While the treatment group were treated with conventional therapy and Chinese medicine (shuiniujiao20g,chishao30g,danpi15g,shengdi15g,yingcheng30g,chaoshanzhi10g,guangmuxiang10g,guangyujing10g,chaozhishi6g,yumixu20g,chuipengcao30g,dansheng15g).The liver function,PT were detected every week. The changes of Symptoms and examination before and after curing were recorded. We made safety and effects evaluation.Result:1. The efficiency of treatment group is 73.37%.The efficiency of control group is 66.67%. Treatment group is Significant different to control group (P<0.05).2. After curing, The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were Significant different(P<0.05).The efficacy of the therapy is also significant different(P<0.05). The single symptom and sign of treatment group (icteric,Chest distress,Diarrhea,anorexia)are also different to control group. 3. TBil and DBil reducing of treatment group was better than that of control group. They were significant different.4.Safety analysis:The liver function,PT showed that our medicine was safe and efficiency.Conclusion:These results indicate that Liangxuejiedu Chinese Formula are efficient in symptoms alleviating and Jaundice reducing. It can control the worsen of the disease, promote recovery of hepatic functions and living of patients. Liangxuejiedu Chinese Formula is very safe, efficient and has little side effect.
