Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Intrahepatic Cholestatic Jaundice With The Method Of Liangxuetuihuang

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the Method of Liangxue Tuihuang on treatment of intrahepatic cholestatic jaundice by observing the change of following indicators:TCM syndrome,main symptom scores and liver function.Methods:Using the randomized,controlled and add-on design clinical research methods,classify 60 patients into groups of treatment and control according to 1:1,30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group,they are both treated with oral administration of oral administration capsules,each time 1 grain(250mg/grain),three times per day and intravenous infusion of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate 150mg(50mg/ampoule)per day,the whole course of 2 weeks.While the treatment group is to take Chinese traditional medicine of"Liangxue Tuihuang Prescription"for 2 weeks,twice a day.Then observe the TCM syndrome,main symptom scores and liver function to evaluate effect of removing pathogenic heat,toxic material,dampness and blood stasis.Results:(1)The Method of Liangxue Tuihuang is the key to the multimodality therapy of intrahepatic cholestatic jaundice,due to the combination of disease identification and syndrome differention.Heat,toxic material,dampness,blood stasis and the dysfunction of liver and bile is the key pathogenesis.(2)TCM symptom score:the group with Liangxue Tuihuang Prescription makes much more progress,the total effective rate of which is 90%while the rate of control group is 80%(P<0.05).The score of TCM symptom on the treatment group descends more rapidly than that of the other group(P<0.05).(3)Serum bilirubin:Compared with the pre-treatment,the value of TBil,DBil on two groups both drop constantly(p<0.05).The decline of the value on the treatment group is more obvious by comparition every week(p<0.01).(4)ALP and GGT:The level of ALP and GGT on two groups is both much smaller than that before 2 weeks(P<0.05).However,there's no differernce to the desent of ALP and GGT between two groups.(P>0.05)(5)Transaminase:ALT and AST of two groups both descend in comparasion with pre-treatment every week(P<0.05)while there is no statistical difference in comparsion between the treatment group and the control group.(P>0.05)Conclusion:Heat,toxic material,dampness,blood stasis and the dysfunction of liver and bile is the key pathogenesis.The Method of Liangxue Tuihuang is the key to the multimodality therapy of intrahepatic cholestatic jaundice.Compared with the control group,the treatment group with the Method of Liangxue Tuihuang can improve liver function,especially in serum bilirubin and have better therapeutic effect in TCM syndrome and main symptom score.
