Treatment group was used the basic clinical support therapy combined with the dialectical prescription Jingsanhuang Decoction. Continuous administration 4 weeks, observe and record the results. The project mainly includes the main symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment and the numerical of bilirubin(TBIL, DBIL) and the main indicators of liver function(ALT, AST, GGT, ALP). Observe the patient’s vital signs, renal function, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, and adverse drug reactions, etc., to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment.Data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Count data using chi-square test, measurement data using t test, grade adopts Ridit test. difference was statistically significant in P<0.05. ResultsTreatment group’s TCM symptoms total score compared with control group before and after treatment, the difference is statistically significant. Treatment group’s TCM symptoms total score was lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant. Some symptoms(jaundice, fatigue, skin itching) on the improvement of the treatment group is better than that of control group. indicating the improvement of the overall symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, two groups of certain curative effect can be obtained, and the treatment group is better than the control group.Treatment group’s liver function indicators compared with control group before and after treatment, the difference is statistically significant. Some indicators(GGT, TBIL, DBIL) on the improvement of the treatment group is better than that of control group. And the western medicine curative effect evaluation of treatment group effective rate was 85%, slightly higher than the control group 70%, on the improvement of the liver function index, two groups of certain curative effect can be obtained, and the treatment group is better than the control group.Observe two groups of patients, no serious adverse events occurred in the process before and after treatment, The patient’s normal vital signs, blood routine, urine routine and renal function monitoring had no obvious abnormalities. ConclusionResearch results show that: for the treatment of CHB jaundice damp heat syndrome, whether western medicine basic support therapy, or combined dialectical medicine comprehensive treatment, to the improvement of the TCM symptoms, jaundice index, the recovery of liver function index can obtain satisfactory curative effect. Among them for some symptoms(jaundice, fatigue, skin itching) and indicators(GGT, TBIL, DBIL) on the improvement of the treatment group is better than that of control group, suggests that traditional medicine dialectical treats for jaundice on the improvement in symptoms subsided and cholestasis conditions there is a certain advantage.
