Objective:This topic through the clinical observation of Yin Hu Tui Huang Fang combined with Anethole Trithione Tablets in the treatment of viral hepatitis with jaundice damp-heat stasis syndrome,to evaluate the efficacy and safety,and to explore its mechanism of action,and Chinese medicine for the treatment of Jaundice Viral Hepatitis to offer certain basis.Method:According to the random,control principle,will meet the70patients were randomly divided into observation standard to two groups:treatment group to tutor the self-made traditional Chinese medicine "Yin hu Tui Huang Fang" and west medicine (Anethole Trithione Tablets25mg/d,tid,after meals oral).Prescription: Artemisia Capillaris, Polygonum cuspidatum, Calamintha Chinensis Benth, Agastache, Perrin,Red Peony, Peony Bark, Savia Miltiorrhiza, Radix Bupleuri,Salt Cortex Phellodendrit, fresh couch grassroot, Astragalus Mongholicus, Licorice, Shuijianbi, daily Iagent, cent is taken3times,28days are1treatment course.The control group for the pure western medicine treatment (with Anethole Trithione Tablets25mg/d, tid, after meals oral). The changes of main symptoms, signs, Patients with liver function, Liver ultrasound changes and safety indexes in the course of treatment.Result:Jaundice in treatment group,nausea disgust oil,fullness of the chest and epigastrium,loss of appetite,mouth pain symptoms improved significantly,with statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05).Clinical cyndromes curative effect in the treatment group total effectiveness85.3%,the comparison group total effectivenees78.8%,there was statistical significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01); group TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST、liver ultrasound improvement compared with the control group had significant difference (P<0.01orP <0.05).The ECG of safety index affer treatment of there routine,renal function,observed,Yin Hu Tui Huang Fang recipe with no adverse reaction, better security.Conclusion:The results of this study show that:1. Yin Hu Tui Huang Fang has good clinical efficacy in treatment of viral hepatitis with jaundice damp-heat stasis;2.Yin Hu Tui Huang Fang has can obviously control the symptoms of the patients,improve patient symptoms and liver function,less adverse reaction,has clinical value.
