To Study The Clinical Effect And Mechanism Of Binghuang Xiaozhong Zhentong Recipe On The Acute Soft Tissue Injury

Objectives Binghuang Xiaozhong Zhentong Recipe is based on the experiences of professor LuZhoutong, and it can be used in the treatment of acute soft tissue injury. This topic observed the treatment of Binghuang Xiaozhong Zhentong Recipe on the acute soft tissue injury on the basis of previous working experience and other scholars'researches, and researched further treatment mechanism of Binghuang Xiaozhong Zhentong Recipe on the acute soft tissue injury through randomized animal experiment to provide further scientific basis for the Recipe's application and promotion, and do some preliminary work for the clinical development of new drugs.Methods1. Clinical research:80 patients with acute parenchyma injure were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (n=37) and the control group (n=38).The treatment group was treated with binghuang xiaozhong zhentong recipe, the control group was treated with no drug. The purpose of this experiment is to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups.2. Experimental research:Build the model of the rabbit with the acute injure of soft tissue and divide into two groups randomly:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with binghuang xiaozhong zhetong recipe. The control group was treated with no detumescent analgesia drug. The purpose of this experiment is to compare the binghuang xiaozhong recipe treats on the rabbit with acute soft tissue and to know the changes of swelling, the ecchymosis retrogression situation and change of the hemorheology.Results1.75 cases were completed, in which the group treated by Binghuang Xiaozhong Zhentong Recipe finished 37 cases and the comparison group finished 38 groups. Points for pain and swelling score 16 points with one-week treatment. Pain and swelling of the observed before and after the treatment of absolute ratings and the relative value of change, with absolute value for the first evaluation standard.36 cases in treatment group have cured for 29 patients (78.3%),5 cases excellent (13.5%), effective for three patients (10.9%), invalid for 1 case (8.1%), the total effective 36 cases (97.3%)). Cure for 12 patients (control group),8 cases excellent (21.0%), effective for 8 cases (21.0%) invalid for 10 cases (26.3%), the total effective number 32 cases (73.7%). Two groups of data using statistical software for statistical analysis SPSS15.0, in which two group total effectiveness is significant difference(P<0.05)and the treatment group is significantly better than control group.2.Through the application of Binghuang Xiaozhong Zhentong Recipe, the swelling degree of rabbits in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01), and the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher degree of skin ecchymosis persisted (P<0.01), analgesics, high blood viscosity, lower slice relative reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity, the erythrocyte such biochemical indexes significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Responses of the Binghuang Xiaozhong Zhentong Recipe can significantly improve acute injury of soft animal model of blood viscous state.ConclusionBinghuang xiaozhong zhentong recipe can obviously shorten resolutive time and lighten pain of the patients of the acute and closed parenchyma injure. It is an effective medicine of external application. Binghuang xiaozhong zhetong recipe can be good at suppress the aseptic inflammation of acute injure of soft tissue. It can also improve the partial blood circulation and promote the wound area obsorption and tissue for repair.
