Clinical Observation Of Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe In Treating Early Soft Tissue Swelling And Pain In Distal Radius Fractures

Objective By observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction and Diosmin Tablets in treating early swelling and pain in soft tissue after distal radius fractures,the clinical significance of applying Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction in the early treatment of distal radius fractures is analyzed and evaluated.The perioperative application and promotion of traumatology provide the basis.methods Sixty patients with distal radius fractures that met the inclusion criteria after successful reduction and small splint fixation were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The control group took oral Diosmin tablets twice a day,twice a day Capsule 0.9g;the treatment group took Huayu Xiaozhong Recipe for oral administration.All oral decoctions were decoctioned by our hospital and distributed to patients(a week’s dose),one sachet twice a day.Two groups of patients underwent manual visual reduction(VAS)and soft tissue swelling of distal radius fractures after successful manual reduction and on the 3rd,5th,and 7th days of fracture,and compared the above indicators before and after treatment.The difference,according to the swelling rate on the 7th day to calculate the effective rate of the two groups of patients,and then evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results(1)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,location of injury,cause of injury,fracture classification,etc.(P> 0.05),and they were comparable.(2)There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),which was comparable;on the third day of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly different than those before treatment(P <0.01),the two groups There was a significant difference between the groups(P <0.01);on the 5th day of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly different than before treatment(P <0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01);treatment7 Days later,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly different than before treatment(P <0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01).(3)The difference in swelling before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)and was comparable;on the third day of treatment,the swelling scores of the two groups were significantly different than before treatment(P <0.01).There were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01);on the 5th day of treatment,the swelling scores of the two groups were significantly different than before treatment(P <0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01);On the 7th day of treatment,the swelling scores of the two groups were significantly different than before treatment(P <0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.01).(4)After 7 days,the two groups of patients evaluated the treatment effect based on the swelling rate.In the treatment group,1 case was cured,21 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate(93.33%);in the control group,0 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate(80.00%).The efficacy of the two groups was tested by rank sum test,Z= 3.9054,P <0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion(1)Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction and Diosmin tablets can alleviate the swelling and pain of soft tissues in the early stage of distal radius fractures;(2)Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction is superior to Diosmin in the early stage of soft tissue swelling and pain in distal radius fractures.
