Clinical Observation Of Washing With Xiaofengsan For Chronic Perianal Eczema

Objective: Observe use Xiaofengsan outside wash treatment of chronic perianal eczema clinical curative effect. Methods: The observation met the inclusion criteria of patients with chronic perianal eczema 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group 30 cases, use Xiaofengsan outside wash, each morning and evening; the control group 30 cases, use Fuji lotion outside wash, each morning and evening. A period of seven days, continuous uses two malocclusion. After the end of each course, back to the outpatient,observe assessment itching, lesions area and form.Result: The treatment group and control group,no significant difference in cure rate(p﹥0.05).The treatment group before and after the treatment symptom scores is 6.43±1.38 respectively, 2.10±1.54 , there is significance diference before and after treatment(p﹤0.05). The control group before and after the treatment symptom scores is 6.53±1.36 respectively, 2.33±1.85, there is significance diference before and after treatment(p﹤0.05).Conclusion: Treatment group and control group total effectiveness non-differently functioning,this prove that Xiaofengsan outside wash treatment have certain curative effect for chronic perianal eczema.
