| Purpose:Observe the clinical efficacy on the addition and subtraction xiaofengsan to treating xuanerchuang.Method:60 cases of patients on xuanerchuang was collected from September 2013 to September 2014 at Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital ENT, the collected cases were randomly assigned to observation group and control group.Two groups of patients in terms of gender, age and course there was no significant difference(P>0.05).30 patients on observation group,oral addition and subtraction xiaofengsanchongji,2 times a day; 30 patients on control group, oral kushenjiaonang,4 to 6 pills each time,3 times a day. The two groups were all treated 4 weeks,and cooperate with sanhuangzhiyangsan for externalResult:The observation group,12 cases were cured,8 cases were marke-dly,7 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 90.00%.The control group,6 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly, 10cases were effectiv,10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 66.67%. Statistically after Ridit analysis, the curative effect is similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).In other words, superior to that in the control group total effective rate of observation group.Conclusion:1 The addition and subtraction xiaofengsanchongji in treating xuanerchuang was superior to that of kushen capsules.2 For the treatment of symptoms and signs after treatment in the two groups:14 days after the main syndrome,syndrome integral comparison, and repeated variance in the two groups of the analysis,the observation group on itching,dry stool,erythema,Pimples, blisters, erosion, seepage and skin lesion area (P<0.05) the curative effect is better than that of the control group;two groups of cases to upset, thirst, urine yellow values (P> 0.05) the improvement of the difference is not big.3 The addition and subtraction xiaofengsanchongji for xuanerchuang is effective significantly, it was worth to widely used. |
