Detoxification Hugan Granule Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Damp Heat, Fumigation Certificate And The Deficiency Of Qi Or Chief Of Blood Stasis Syndrome Clinical Studies

To observe the effect and safety of JieDuHuGan granula on patient of type B hepatitis of light or midrange and the differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine is humid heat fumigate and deficiency of vital energy or blood stasis therapeutic. MethodsDeploy methods of trabant and double-blind and positive control of YiGanLing, to take 120 patient to treatment group and control group with 3:1 proportionality.supply JieDuHuGan granula to treatment group and YiGanLing to control group.The time of therapy in both groups are 3 months and follow-up visit 12 months of valid cases. The study was designed to investigate the changes of symptom of traditional Chinese medicine and Liver function and marker of hepatitis virus and index of safety , to compare the curative effect between two medicines. Result1 The analytic result of amendment symptom of traditional Chinese medicine : the effect of withdraw morbus arcuatus of treatment group is surpass control group in 4 weeks ( P < 0.05),and the effect of both medicine is weel to the clinical syndrome ,such as flank ache, abdominal ,distention disgorging, urine surname and anorexia debilitation ,the group comparison is not significant deviation between two groups ( P>0.05 )2 The detection result of Liver function : the both medicine have effectiveness of depressing ALT, AST and Tbil, but group comparison is not significant deviation betweet two groups (P>0.05 )3 The detection result of virulogy indicatrix : the negative rate of HBeAg were 17.01% and 14.81% before treament but 47.56% and 48.15% after treament in treament and central group respectively . the negative rate of HBV-DNA were 2.44% and 3.70% before treament but 40.24% and 40.74% after treament in treament and central group respectively, the group comparison is not significant deviation betweet two groups ( P>0.05 )4 The result of synthetize curative effect : the total effective rate were 92.68% and 92.59% in treament and central group respectively, the group comparison is not significant deviation between two groups ( P>0.05 )5 The index of safety : there are not adverse reaction in two groups,all cases are first class safety.
