Clinical And Experiental Research On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B By Tonifying The Kidney To Get Rid Of The Liver Fire

Purpose: discuss the clinical efficacy and the function in treating chronic Hepatitis B by tonifying the kidney to purge the liver fire Method:clinical observation: With 79 Hepatitis B patients as research subjects, in contrast to YIGANNING CHONGJI, to observe the patient's improvements after treatment such as: clinical symptom, liver function target, immunity target, virology target, image target of the liver and spleen, and so on; experimental research: to establish the mouse model with the compound liver damage and observe its serum liver function target and its pathological changes in the liver tissues after a month of treatment. Results:Statistically, such targets of the patients as clinical symptoms, liver functions, immunity and so on, are differently improved, and the total clinical efficacy is 75.6%. By research we find the above-mentioned method can reduce the inflammation of the liver cells, resume the liver function, lower the liver fibre and more or less resist the liver damage. Conclusion:The method of tonifying the kidney to purge the liver fire is effective not only in improving the symptoms of the patients, regulating their immunity and resuming their liver function to a certain degree but also in relieving the liver damage and its inflammation, thus protecting the liver to lower enzymes.
