Clinical Study On The Method Of Clearing Liver And Detoxification In Treatment Of Heat Dampness Toxin And Stasis Type Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: to observe the clinical effects of chronic hepatitis B in clearing liver and detoxification method to treat heat dampness toxin and stasis type,and to explore the effectiveness and mechanism of action,to provide more effective treatment methods for clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods: into this study confirmed 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with heat dampness toxin and stasis type randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.The treatment group was given clearing liver and detoxification method recipe of Chinese herbal medicine decoction in the treatment;the control group was treated by compound Dida capsules.A course was 12 ~ 24 weeks,after treatment were followed up for 12 weeks.Observed before and after treatment in two groups of patients clinical symptoms and signs,liver function,HBV DNA,five items of hepatitis B,liver ultrasound changes and related safety index,and during the treatment of adverse reactions.Results:the total effective rate of the integrated clinical curative effect in the treatment group was 86.7%,66.7% in the control group,the overall effect is more significant for the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of curative effect of Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment group was 83.3%,66.7% in the control group,so the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).After the end of treatment,two groups of symptoms and signs score and total score were decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group relieving hypochondriac pain and thirsty with bitter taste effect is better than that of the control group(P<0.05);two groups of ALT,AST,GGT and TBIL were significantly decreased(P<0.01), the treatment group in reducing ALT was obvious(P<0.01);the two groups of HBV-DNA titers were reduced(P<0.05),the treatment group HBV-DNA titer decreased significantly(P<0.05).The safety index did not show significant abnormalities,no serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.Clearing liver and detoxification method are efficient in significantly improving clinical symptoms and signs of chronic hepatitis B patients with heat dampness toxin and stasis type.2.Liver function are improved and recovered significantlyby clearing liver and detoxification method. There is a certain role of protecting and repairing the damage of liver cells.3.Clearing liver and detoxification method can reduce hepatitis B virus drop degree value of the patients to a certain, thus HBV can be inhibited and replicated to a certain extent.
