Clinical Study Of The Method Of Tonifying Kidney Combined With Nucleoside Antiviral Drugs In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Object i ve:This study is to verify the Method of Tonifying Kidney improve the body of patients with chronic hepatitis B antiviral response through clinical research, such as improving liver function recovery rate, HBV-DNA negative conversion rate and HBeAg negative conversion rate.Methods:Selected60cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B into three groups according the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria. By T-test and Ridit test, there are no significant differences in the clinical general information including age, gender and serological examination results in the three groups before treatment, there is comparability (P>0.05). Patients were divided into three groups:control group(Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets)20cases, experimental group A(Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets+Liu Wei Di Huang Pill)20cases and the experimental group B (Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets+Jin Kui Shen Qi Pill)20cases.And then collected each10cases randomly from the experimental group A and group B for the experimental group C which standing for the tonifying kidney method compare with the control group. After systemic therapy of three months, observation the data of AST, ALT, HBV-DNA quantitation and HBeAg negative conversion rate changing, and analysed the collected data by using the ststistical software SPSS13.0statistical analysis. Enumeration data use the chi-square test, measurement data use the T-test.Results: After medical treatment in three months, the AST recovery rate of experimental group A, B and C respectively is90%,95%,100%; the ALT recovery rate of experimental group A, B and C respectively is90%,100%,95%;the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate is55%,55%,60%; and the HBeAg negative conversion rate of all is5%. Compared with the control group, the AST/ALT recovery rate and HBV-DNA negative conversion rate was significantly improved. Results of chi-square test was P<0.05, which was proved to be statistically significant. However, the HBeAg negative conversion rate was no significant difference. Results of chi-square test was P>0.05, which was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The method of invigorating kidney plays an important role in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. It can not only improve the response rates of antiviral therapy, but also improve the AST/ALT recovery rate and the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate, but there is no significant effect on the rate of HBeAg negative conversion.
