Clinical Research On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Yangxue Tongluo Decoction Plus The Western Medicine Convention Treatment Curing The Patients Of Spastic Paralysis After Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yangxue Tongluo Decoction plus the western medicine convention treatment Curing the Patient of spastic paralysis after Ischemic Stroke.Methods:40 patients with spastic paralysis after Ischemic Stroke were randomly divided into two groups.20 cases in the treatment group were treated with the western medicine convention treatment of Ischemic Stroke plus Yangxue tongluo Decoction for oral taking.While the 20 cases in the control group were treated only by the western medicine convention treatment.The evaluation of the functional rehabilitation was cattied out by the methods of CSS,Brunnstrom,MBI and scoring method of TCM symptoms Improvements.Results:l.The grade of CSS of the both groups were lower after treatment,with remarkably significant difference(P<0.01).The grade of CSS of the treatment group was less than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,while that of the control group was 5%.The comparison between them has significant difference(P<0.01).This demonstrate that curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The improvement of the rating of Brunnstrom of the both groups were better after the treatment, with significant difference(P<0.01).About the shoulder&arm,the improvement of the rating Brunnstrom of the treatment group was superior to the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05),and about the hand,it was superior to the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).3.The daily living skills of the both groups were improved after the treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01),however,the comparison between this two groups of daily living skills has no difference,with significant difference(P>0.05).4. The grade of TCM symptoms of the both groups were lower after treatment,with remarkably significant difference(P<0.01). The grade of TCM symptoms of the treatment group was less than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,while that of the control group was 40%.The comparison between them has significant difference(P< 0.01).This demonstrate that curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Yangxue Tongluo Decoction is a safe and effective treatment for liver-blood deficiency and Collaterals-Blocking patients with spastic paralysis after Ischemic Stroke(according to the recommended dose).And Clinical efficacy comparison of the both groups has significant difference, the Clinical efficacy comparison of pretherapy and post-treatment had significant difference. This therapeutic principle of nourishing blood to Reinforcing Liver, promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals has determinate clinical significance,and it is worth in depth study.
