Clinical Research Of Taking A Bath With The Prescription Which Is Made Up Of Haiai Soup Adding Or Subtracting Some Herbs And Taking Orally Medicinal Herbs In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris (the Syndrome Of Blood Stasis)

Objective:To compare the differences of clinical curative effect of taking a bath with the prescription which is made up of Haiai Soup adding or subtracting some herbs with taking orally medicinal herbs and taking orally medicinal herbs in treating psoriasis vulgaris (the syndrome of blood stasis).Method:Sixty patients were divided randomly into two groups, control group(30 cases) is treated with taking orally medicinal herbs and putting Cetaphil all over twice per day, treatment group(30 cases) is treated same as control group but with taking a bath with the prescription which is made up of Haiai Soup adding or subtracting some herbs for 30 minutes daily, and the temperature of the water is 40 ?. One course of the treatment is 4 weeks. Please observe the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction after 3 continuous courses.Results:1) The effective of treatment group is 51.72% and of control group is 23.08%. The comparison of efficacy between two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).2) After the treatment, the comparison of efficacy of the main clinical symptoms between two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).3) Two groups do not appear serious adverse drug reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of taking a bath with the prescription which is made up of Haiai Soup adding or subtracting some herbs and taking orally medicinal herbs is better than taking orally medicinal herbs in treating psoriasis vulgaris (the syndrome of blood stasis), and the side effect is less. So taking a bath with the prescription which is made up of Haiai Soup adding or subtracting some herbs and taking orally medicinal herbs in treating psoriasis vulgaris (the syndrome of blood stasis) is worth for clinical application.
